1、 Warranty period
1. Machines (host, peripherals, amplifiers, etc.) come with a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, if there are any quality issues with the product while using it normally, free repair services will be provided. During the warranty period, the return shipping cost of repaired products to the factory shall be borne by Xiouwei Audiovisual (excluding courier fees and Debang logistics fees), and the shipping cost for returning to the customer shall be borne by the customer. If the customer has repair capability and only needs parts, they can communicate with the company's after-sales service department, and we will provide free parts.
2. Speakers come with a one-year free warranty, and if there are any quality issues with the product while using it normally, free repair services will be provided. The return shipping cost for repaired products during the warranty period shall be borne by Xiouwei Audiovisual (excluding courier fees and Debon logistics fees).
3. If the equipment needs to be refurbished, the refurbishment and packaging costs will be borne by the customer.
2、 Exchange goods
1. If there is a quality failure in the machine category (host, peripheral, amplifier, etc.) within three months of the purchase date, and after verification, it is found that the appearance is intact, we will replace it with a new machine of the same model for you free of charge. If there is any damage to the appearance during this period, we will charge relevant material fees.
2. If there is a quality issue with the speaker product within one month of purchase, and the appearance is intact, we will replace it with the same model product free of charge; If there is any damage to the appearance during this period, we will charge relevant material fees.
3、 Return Notice
1. Customers who purchase products without malicious behavior within three months from the date of sale (one month for speaker products) may apply for a return or replacement of the product.
2. The returned product must be intact and undamaged, and can only be processed after confirmation by Western Wei Audiovisual Testing.
3. The proceeds from the return shall be returned to the customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods by Western Wei Audiovisual, or offset against any subsequent payments.
4. The related expenses incurred for returns shall be borne unilaterally by the customer
5. Specific return discounts
1) Within three months from the date of sale of the purchased product (one month for speaker products), return or replace the product at its original price
2) For purchased machine products that have been sold for more than three months but less than six months (for speaker products that have been sold for more than one month but less than three months), a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for return or replacement of the product.
3) Products that have been sold for more than six months (three months for speakers) will not accept any return requests.
4、 Repair Notice
1. In the case of "three guarantees", the deadline for returning the repaired parts to the customer is within 7 working days after receiving the goods (based on the actual time of receiving the repaired products, excluding product transportation time and statutory holidays).
2. Our company's product case is labeled with a warranty label, and customers are not allowed to open the machine at will. Otherwise, the company will not provide free repairs and will charge repair and related fees (even within the warranty period). For products that have exceeded the warranty period and are not covered by free warranty, if only simple component damage is found during the maintenance process, material costs will be waived, and related labor and transportation costs will be borne by the user; If valuable components are damaged, the user's opinion will be sought first, and reasonable fees will be charged to the user if they agree to pay for repairs. If the product to be repaired is an updated product and the components are discontinued without any other alternatives, we will first recommend the customer to upgrade the product (charging the cost of upgrading the product) or return the product to be repaired, with a maximum processing time of 10 working days.
3. When the customer requests to repair the product, please use qualified original packaging cardboard boxes (in special circumstances, please choose complete cardboard boxes of similar size, and pay attention to protective measures during packaging). If the product is damaged, deformed or the PCB is broken due to improper packaging, the material costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
4. When the customer requests to repair the product, a note explaining the customer's name, product malfunction symptoms, and repair requirements should be pasted on the product, notified to us, and promptly shipped back to the factory. Upon receiving the product to be repaired, Xiouwei Audiovisual immediately conducts product fault detection and informs the customer of the test results, completing the product repair within the specified time.
5. If a customer requests a replacement during the "three guarantees" period, the replacement can only be given after receiving the machine and inspecting the chassis panel for any damage. If the chassis panel is damaged, only the raw material cost of the user's chassis panel will be charged. If the project acceptance time is tight, a special application can be made. When our company receives the customer's return shipping bill fax for replacement, we can provide a replacement first. If the faulty chassis panel is damaged, our company will charge the customer for the raw material cost of the chassis panel.
5、 In the following situations, Xiouwei Audiovisual provides lifelong paid services
1. Products that exceed the "three guarantees" period will only enjoy lifetime paid maintenance services.
2. Products with torn or illegible warranty labels will only enjoy lifetime paid repair services.
3. If the product malfunctions or is damaged due to failure to use, maintain, or store it in accordance with the requirements of the Western Wei audio-visual product instructions, only lifetime paid repair services will be provided.
4. Products that have been disassembled, repaired, or attempted to be repaired without authorization from Xiouwei Audiovisual will only be provided with lifetime paid maintenance services.
5. We only provide lifetime paid repair services for product damage caused by accidents, misuse, and uncontrollable natural factors.
6. Products damaged due to improper transportation, use, and storage by users
6、 Technical Service Support
1. Xiouwei Audiovisual is obligated to provide telephone consultation on relevant technical issues. If you encounter any technical questions or product quality problems, please let us know
2. Western Wei Audiovisual provides comprehensive technical support for large-scale engineering applications of the products sold, including complete engineering scheme design, installation and commissioning, and system technical problem solving.
3. Xiouwei Audiovisual provides on-site technical assistance and solves engineering technical problems. For products with a payment of 100000 yuan or more, the company can send engineers to provide on-site debugging support. The relevant travel and accommodation fees will be borne unilaterally by the customer, and the company will not charge any other fees!
7、 Service Commitment
1. Provide substantive response within 1 hour after receiving a call or letter from the user.
2. Before the product is put into use, the company will prepare corresponding system configuration diagrams, bidding documents, and detailed user manuals for customers. If necessary, the company can send professional personnel to provide on-site training and guidance until the customer can install and operate. The customer only needs to pay the relevant transportation fees and arrange accommodation and meals.
3. If customers have any questions about the installation or operation of the machine, they can call our company's after-sales hotline for inquiries (24-hour service). We will provide you with timely and thoughtful service to help users solve technical problems in use and maintenance.
